Is the shipping packaging safe for heavy cookware? Absolutely. Cookware is heavy and valuable, which is why we use custom, shock-absorbent eco-packaging and reinforced boxes to ensure your pots, pans, and lids arrive in pristine condition.
Product & Maintenance
Is Tivessia cookware compatible with induction cooktops? Yes! Most of our Tivessia collections are designed with a magnetized stainless steel base, making them fully compatible with all cooktops, including induction, gas, electric, and ceramic. Please check the specific product specifications page to confirm.
Are your products oven-safe? Yes, our premium pans and pots are built to withstand high temperatures. Most of our cookware is oven-safe up to 450°F (approx. 230°C). Always check the individual product guide before placing lids or specific handles into the oven.
